How much is a house rent?
A house rent is 45,000 yen - 40,000 yen every month per person. One room is 8 tatami mats, which consists of (closet and wardrobe -) The wardrobe and closet space takes up 2 tatami mats, so 6 tatami mats of free space is left over. Each private room comes with a private studio. Utillities are 8000 yen ( electricity, gas, and water service)
With utilities included, the full price is
5.3000 yen - 4.8000 yen
Because of the electrical design of the building unfortunately airconditioners can not be installed.

In the case of a short rental period
The cost is 50,000 yen in advance, with a 20,000 yen deposit, which will be returned upon leaving unless there is damage to the room. Utilities are included in the cost.
Use of the computer room, darkroom and studio is also possible.
